Post-Racial Discrimination spread Brexit, Eid celebrations in Southampton Canceled



SOUTHAMPTON - Eid celebrations in Southampton, England, has been canceled in view of the outbreak of racial discrimination in the country.
A total of two thousand Muslims have been expected to attend the celebration of Eid al-Fitr and Id prayers at East Park, Southampton.

However, the celebration which will be held on Monday (07.04.2016) and Tuesday (05/07/2016) local time it had to be canceled.
Because on the same day will also be held rallies support groups for Britain out of the European Union (Brexit).

Organisers of the celebration of Eid, British Bangladeshi Cultural Academy (BBCA), said the cancellation was the best decision.
"We decided to cancel the celebration was given the tense political situation in the UK pascakeluar of the European Union," said the head of BBCA, Shere Sattar.
Satta recognize racist activity and comment on the rise in some cities in the country.


"In our opinion, to cancel the celebration and Id prayers at the city park this is the best way for all citizens in this town," he said again.
Meanwhile, a group of protesters wanted to voice calls to put an end to mass immigration in the UK.

"It is very worrying when it comes to religious institutions feel there can not celebrate major religious feast," a spokesman Tell MAMA.
