Chechen leader looking through the official television talent search




Ramzan Kadyrov is the ruler of the autonomous region of the Republic of Chechnya, Russian Federation. Figure with a track record of gross human rights violations it is reportedly looking at new men to fill the vacant positions in the government.

Instead of holding the auction office, Kadyrov looking for a candidate of his men through a television talent show. The event titled 'The Team' was broadcast by state-run TV station Rossiya Chechnya.

Al Arabiya reported on Saturday (2/7), the winner of this contest will occupy the post of Head of Strategic Development. The mechanism is similar talent search series 'The Apprentice'.

Participants are required to give proposals to Kadyrov, explains the development targets and realize their ideas.

"Ramzan Kadyrov will be the main judge. He alone decides who the winner of this contest," said a press statement quoted by Rossiya related to the program team.

Kadyrov has long been known as a leader nyetrik. He never made the announcement in the national media for missing pet cat. Kadryrov lead Chechnya predominantly Muslim populated laiknya headmen. The 39-year politician often kidnap, torture, and killing political opponents.

Kadyrov, the son of former Chechen president, was appointed by President Vladimir Putin to power in 2005. He was selected on the grounds can reduce radicalism of young Muslims in Chechnya since 1990's independence from Russia.
