Special forces to end the hostage ISIS Bangladesh, five hostages killed





Hostage drama ends in Bangladesh, after on Saturday (2/7) morning special forces of the Army Rapid Reaction Battalion deployed militants stormed the Islamic State of Iraq and Sham (ISIS). Armed clashes killed six militants in the building. One of the militants were captured alive.

Channel News Asia reported 13 hostages in the building were rescued. When combing Holey Artisan Bakery Cafe, anti-terror team found the bodies of six hostages, some of them foreigners. Detail victim has not been released by the Bangladesh government.

"The operation is over. The situation is fully under control," said Rashidul Hasan, spokesman for the Bangladesh military.

Residents of Italy, India, Argentina, Sri Lanka, as well as Japan, became victims of hostage-taking in addition to the population of Bangladesh is being popped into this restaurant.
